Return/Exchange policy:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Original attached tags must accompany all merchandise returns.
- All returned items must be in the same condition they were purchased.
- Returns will be credited back to the same card used at the time of purchase.
- Sale items, merchandise purchased under promotional offers and umbrellas are non-refundable.
- We will not accept any returns if they do not fit the requirements listed above

- We will provide a return label at no cost, but the customer is responsible for printing the label and bringing the package to a UPS drop-off location.
- Exchanges: Once the store receives the items and they are in the required condition listed above, we will process a return to the original payment. Then, we will advise the customer to place a new order online. The customer must pay for new shipping costs.
- Customized items, like the sports specific t-shirts are final sale and non-refundable.
Note: the campus store has a right to refuse an exchange or return if they do not fit the requirements listed above.
