Return Policy

Return/Exchange policy:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Original attached tags must accompany all merchandise returns.
• All returned items must be in the same condition they were purchased.
• Returns will be credited back to the same card used at the time of purchase.
• Sale items, merchandise purchased under promotional offers and umbrellas are non-refundable.
• We will not accept any returns if they do not fit the requirements listed above
• If you'd like to make a return, please contact the campus store by email or phone.
• We will provide a return label at no cost, but the customer is responsible for printing the label and bringing the package to a UPS drop-off location.
• Exchanges: Once the store receives the items and they are in the required condition listed above, we will process a return to the original payment. Then, we will advise the customer to place a new order online. The customer must pay for new shipping costs.
• Customized items, like the sports specific t-shirts are final sale and non-refundable.

Note: the campus store has a right to refuse an exchange or return if they do not fit the requirements listed above.
